The K series quick installation fixture is mainly used for grinding and polishing of PC or APC type jumpers, short plugs, bare plugs, and plug shaped spherical surfaces.

During the customer follow-up process, Yitong Guangxun Company learned that the current plug-in grinding fixtures not only have a small number of loads, but also require time-consuming and labor-intensive loading. Especially when grinding short plugs, some ultra short plugs cannot be well supported, resulting in a low yield rate. So, adhering to the principle of "easy to use, high compatibility, and high stability", we have devoted ourselves to the research and development of the fast installation fixture series of plug-in grinding fixtures.

We have redesigned the clamping method of traditional plug-in fixtures, increasing the loading quantity to 24. With corresponding tools, after each clamping position is loaded, all plug-in clamping and leveling operations can be completed instantly with just one action. After grinding is completed, it only requires one action to disassemble it all.

This greatly shortens the installation time before grinding and the disassembly time after grinding, improves production efficiency, and can also reduce the number of operators required for grinding. At the same time, the fixture still maintains a high level of clamping accuracy, ensuring a 3D pass rate of over 97% (APC disk 95%) while ensuring loading details and qualified process flow. The quick installation fixture series can also be customized for different short plug lengths to ensure the stability and lifespan of the fixture.

The fixture is made of high-quality mold steel and undergoes corresponding hardening treatment to ensure that a single fixture has a relatively long service life under normal use.
